1. Insert the crank into the crank clamp and gearbox, then tighten the wing nut and test the rotation direction indicated by the arrow on the barrel. If there is no noise, it indicates normal operation.
2. First connect the powder spraying head and powder spraying pipe, tighten the screws on the large tightening ring, and then insert the ribbed end of the powder spraying pipe into the groove of the hose.
3. The added powder should be kept dry and free of debris such as wood chips, crushed stones, mud blocks, fibers, etc. When adding powder, the switch needs to be turned off to prevent the powder from leaking into the fan through the switch hole, causing powder to accumulate and not shake.
4. Adjust the opening of the powder door according to the type of powder, the degree of dryness and wetness, and the required amount of powder per acre. Be careful not to turn the switch to its maximum once, but gradually turn it up as needed. When spraying powder, people should walk upwind. When not spraying powder, the switch should be turned off to prevent powder from leaking into the fan through the switch hole, causing powder accumulation.
5. The powder spraying pipe and fan components are connected with hoses, and can freely swing up, down, left, and right according to the operation requirements. But it should be noted not to flatten the hose, block the air duct, and cause dust accumulation in the fan.
After the spraying work is completed, the residual powder inside the barrel should be wiped clean, and the powder spraying pipe should be removed. The residual powder inside and outside the pipe should also be cleaned, and then shaken for a few more turns to blow out the residual powder in the fan, to avoid the accumulation of powder, moisture and clumping, blocking the passage, corrosion of the barrel and parts, and affecting the service life.
When stored for a long time, it should be removed in order to remove the accumulated powder. If necessary, a damp cloth can be used to wipe it clean (be careful not to leak water into the gearbox). At the same time, oil should be added to the gearbox. When storing, all parts such as spraying components, cranks, and barrel bodies must be wiped clean one by one, and concentrated in a dry operating area without corrosive gases to prevent parts from scattering and corrosion damage.
